October 28, 1998 -- This meeting focused on discussion of the intentions of two 13-14 year old boys team managers to try to form teams to compete in the Competitive League. The Board will consider a review undertaken by the 13-14 year old Commissioner, Buddy Wynn, at its next meeting.
The Board also approved a number of managers for the 1999 season and accepted the resignation of NEP President Paul Burleson. In his place, Michael Doss was elected President for the 1999 season.
