ARTICLE II
MEMBERSHIP

Section 1. Requirements. Members shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age, be of good moral character, and include all persons who are admitted to membership. The Board of Directors (also known herein as the "Board") may, from time to time, set any admission standards and requirements. The Board shall also set membership dues.

Section 2. Classifications.

A. Regular Members. Regular Members of the Corporation shall consist of parents whose children are registered to participate in any program provided by the Corporation. In addition, regular members shall consist of all other persons having an interest in the community served by YANEP, but who do not have children registered in any of the programs of the Corporation, provided they pay a fee equal to the fee necessary to register one child in the Corporation's program. No person shall be eligible for regular membership unless he is of good character and in good standing and resides in the YANEP community.

B. Honorary Members. Honorary Members may be selected from outside the regular membership on the basis of their distinguished public service. Honorary Members shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Corporation except for voting and holding office.

Section 3. Election. The Board may, at any regular or special meeting, elect any eligible person to be member of the Corporation by a majority vote of the Board members in attendance.
